Honeylove Returns

Eligible US returns and exchanges are free within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition with hangtags and liners intact. Final sale items are not returnable.

Honeylove Return Policy

You have 30 days to return your purchase for a refund to your original payment method. For US orders, we offer free standard shipping on returns and exchanges. Customers are responsible for any price difference for exchanged items. Outbound shipping fees are non-refundable.

We gladly accept returns for unworn items. Feel free to try on your garment over undies and make sure it fits. Items must be returned in their original packaging, with attached tags and liners, and be free from any damage or scents.

Non-Returnable Items

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, with hangtags and liners intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or damage, or do not meet the above criteria. Products marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

We cannot accept returns for the following products:

  • Underwear
  • Gift cards
  • Intimates bag
  • Package protection
  • Items marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase
  • Items not purchased on Honeylove.com

Initiating a Return

  1. Click here to start a US return and follow the prompts. Make sure you have your ZIP code and order number ready, and ensure all items are in original condition with hangtags and liners intact.

  2. Once your return has been created, you will receive a pre-paid return shipping label. Attach the label to your return package and drop off at the corresponding shipping partner location, or schedule a pickup.

  3. You’ll receive an email notification as soon as your return or exchange has been processed.

What if I accidentally return a non-Honeylove item?

We cannot assume responsibility for incorrectly returned items, and it’s important to note we cannot guarantee the retrieval of items sent to us in error. Please double-check that you’re only sending back Honeylove items to ensure your return or exchange is successfully processed.

'In order to be eligible for a return/exchange, products must be purchased directly from Honeylove.com and be returned unworn in their original condition and with all tags and liners attached. Please include the original order packing slip in your return package. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

Due to system limitations, we cannot generate prepaid labels for military addresses. Please address your return to the address below and reach out to our support team with the tracking number, so we will be able to help take care of everything for you.
